James is the founder and director of Boldmore, with approximately 10 years experience in the industry. He worked at several central London firms prior to founding the business. He specialises in industrial and logistics capital markets.
James holds a first class degree in Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management, in addition to being a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He also holds a DipHE in Surveying Practice.
James is married with three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys boxing, the gym and golf.
