Boldmore Sell Heathrow Industrial Open Storage Site to Meadow Partners

Boldmore have advised a private owner on the sale of a 2.5 acre industrial open storage site near to Heathrow Airport. The site was sold to Meadow Partners, a US private equity manager.

The site comprises a mix of industrial buildings and open land, just 500m from Heathrow runway, and provides the opportunity for a range of asset management initiatives.
