Boldmore Sell Heathrow Industrial Open Storage Site to Meadow Partners
Boldmore have successfully sold a substantial distribution centre for A.F. Blakemore & Sons - one of the UK's largest privately owned grocery distribution businesses. A.F. Blakemore have consolidated their operations to a new unit in Bedford.
The logistics unit was was the largest in Hastings, and one of the largest freehold logistics sales on the South Coast for Q1 2022.
The property was sold for £4,100,000 to a private investor, and was represented by Burlington Green & Partners.
